As part of the Growth and Innovation Framework (GIF) Technology Education initiative, HoD days have been held throughout the country on an opportunities and as-needs basis, for both HoDs and teachers responsible for technology in secondary schools.
Resource Teachers Learning and Behaviour (RTLB) Service
This area provides information and resources primarily for RTLBs. The primary role of an RTLB is to provide itinerant specialist support to, and work with, students and teachers in order to improve the education outcomes for students with moderate learning and/or behaviour difficulties. There are also RTLB Māori to provide support specifically to meet the needs of Māori students.
